This hotel really surpassed my expectations. It's a funny collection of buildings that don't look much from the outside, but has been completely modernised inside. I had a great room and good use of all the on-site facilities. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Found me a more suitable room, airport taxi, etc. Great value for money IMO, as I couldn't have had a better stay at some of the more reputable hotels

The staff is very helpful, English speaking friendly. The room is super spacious and very quiet. It was cleaned daily. The spa is amazing and the service was top tier. The swimming pool is big and not crowded at all. The reservation for the airport transfer and spa was so smooth and easy.

Great value for money, slightly out of dead centre location was good. Still convenient for everything though. Staff friendly and helpful great breakfast buffet.

Very spacious and confortable rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very cozy. Breakfast is also amazing. Best hotel that we found in Kyrgysztan so far. The SPA is also highly recomended. One of my best massage so far.

the staff were excellent lovely place especially I was welcomed and checked in and checked out perfectly by a girl called anlidia as well as the spa there was a Turkish guy who promoted the spa beautifully and the girl who gave me the spa therapy was amazing aNaida I feel I have spelled her name wrong but she was excellent
