the staff were excellent lovely place especially I was welcomed and checked in and checked out perfectly by a girl called anlidia as well as the spa there was a Turkish guy who promoted the spa beautifully and the girl who gave me the spa therapy was amazing aNaida I feel I have spelled her name wrong but she was excellent

Very spacious and confortable rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very cozy. Breakfast is also amazing. Best hotel that we found in Kyrgysztan so far. The SPA is also highly recomended. One of my best massage so far.

Everything was perfect. I felt like at home. And the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. Everybody was always smiling and willing to help, the atmosphere was incredible. I loved so much my stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for everything!!

Great breakfast... Huge rooms.. Everything was clean and shining. Personal very responsive and friendly. Free transfer from/to airport. Launch boxes for early birds. Good health center - sauna, massages (paid). Not so close to center, but it is less of automobile exhaust an more clean air. Taxi is cheap. I recommended this hotel.
